Shipping Providers
- We ship through the following carriers USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Locations:
- We only ship to areas within the United States and its territories. We do not ship internationally.

Processing times
- All orders a processed within 2 business days.
Items not eligible for return:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, Opened action figures, TCG Products, Games and anything that has had its original seal broken. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Defective Items
- All manufacturing defects must be handled by the manufacturer.
Damaged Items
- Items received that are damaged, may be returned for reshipment or refund.
- Cosmetic defects in packaging are not considered damages.
- We cannot guarantee collector-quality "Mint Condition" packaging
Refused Packages:
- Packages that are undeliverable due to an error in the shipping address entered by the customer are considered a Refused Package.
- Packages that are refused at the shipping destination are considered a Refused Package.
- Refused packages are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The buyer will be responsible to contact Paradise Hobbies LLC to arrange re-shipment at the Buyers cost.
Undeliverable Packages
- Paradise Hobbies LLC must be informed of non-delivery within 60 days after shipment.
